We have a 15 day return policy with a 25% restocking fee. Software can not be returned after you have opened it and installed it on your computer system. If there is an case were software is returned we will call the manufacturer to make sure the software has not been activated or registered before we refund any moneys to a customer and please remember there is a restocking fee of 25% and all customers pay there own shipping cost on all returns.

Even so, please be sure to contact customer service for a return authorization, as returns can only be accepted with a return authorization number.
Unopened physical products are always accepted for returns - "No Worries"! You just need to contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we can give you a full refund, less a very minor 25% restocking fee to cover the expense of handling your return. Please do not damage your item, this will prevent us from being able to accept a return, as they must be in good condition so that they can be put back into inventory to be sold.
Opened and used software is not eligible for a return, simply because it can't be restocked and resold to another person or company.
All Software and Highend server equipment must be original and 100% authentic we do not buy or sale counterfeit software or equipment!
